MarWay Business Service has provided excellent service to my practice for the past 17 years. Their staff is courteous, intelligent, prompt, responsible, honest, and easily approachable. They have been responsive to all of my needs in a very timely manner. I have highly recommended their services to other physicians in town who have also found them to be helpful.
MarWay has provided me with valuable advice concerning changes in Medicare billing and documentation of levels of care. Because I use a billing service, I generally refer the patients who have a question about their bill to MarWay. I greatly appreciate this part of their service as it frees my other office staff from these duties. MarWay treats these patients in a very respectful and patient manner. When a problem arises with computer scheduling, financial processing, or patient registration in the office, they respond immediately and provide help by phone. If the problem cannot be remedied by advice over the phone, they immediately send an employee to the office to resolve the issue. Martica and Wayne have done an excellent job of hiring professional staff.
Over the past few years, I have been approached by other billing services who have desired my business, but I do not have any intention or desire to change billing services. The reason that I have not switched is that for 17 years they have provided me with great service. I can trust them to do the right thing for my practice and my patients. I am confident that they are doing their job which allows me to focus on doing my job which is caring for patients and running my office.
